BTP leads every issue with letters from readers glorifying Srila Prabhupada as the bona fide spiritual master of ISKCON, who acts as the transparent via medium between us and Krishna. Now, BTG (Back To Godhead), the magazine currently run by ISKCON, also leads a recent issue (Jan/Feb 2008), with a letter from a reader glorifying Srila Prabhupada as the bona fide spiritual master of ISKCON, who acts as the transparent via medium between us and Krishna:
“I feel that I am getting love letters from almighty God, Lord Krishna, through the spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. I realize now that Krsna, the spiritual master, and all the devotees love all of God’s children more than we can ever dream.” (BTG, Jan/Feb 2008 issue.)
As a magazine which has always taken the lead since 1978 in promoting ISKCON’s guru hoaxes and its unauthorised “gurus”, this is indeed a refreshing change for BTG. However, it’s more likely that BTG is merely promoting that “Srila Prabhupada is the Guru” as a “front” - or the Great Guru Hoax, Part 3, which we highlighted in the last issue. Look out for more from ISKCON happy to give all the credit to Srila Prabhupada as the “spiritual master” who is doing everything, whilst not even a whisper will be breathed about the supposedly “essential” “living gurus”.
