Note: We have requested that the book be made free on Amazon, but Amazon's official policy is that they don't list ebooks permanently free. There is a method to get around this, but it doesn't always work; hence sometimes they put the price up to 99 cents (or 99p). All the other sites, however, should always list the book permanently free.
